Liljenquist & Beckstead tries to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (except federal holidays) if the order is placed before 12:00 noon EST on weekdays. Weekend orders will not ship until the following Monday. All items are shipped fully insured with our signature gift wrap. Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $300 USD. Special expedited shipping requests may incur additional charges. Liljenquist & Beckstead will make every attempt to ship out an order as soon as it is placed with us. Liljenquist & Beckstead offers a 15 day return policy, beginning on the day of purchase, on products presented in mint condition with the original box, warranty and any spare components.
Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
Returns will not be accepted if the timepiece or jewelry is not in original condition, if the manufacturer’s packaging is damaged or missing, or if the hangtags/price tags have been removed from the timepiece of jewelry.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving or sizing in its original condition for a refund or an exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase, accompanied by your order confirmation email. Some exclusions may apply such as Special Order items and special size items (such as rings), so please contact us for details.
Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. Please note all watches and jewelry are subject to inspection prior to refund being issued. Liljenquist & Beckstead offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Simply use the returns label provided by Liljenquist & Beckstead. Then drop off your package at the nearest UPS or FedEx location, depending on which label you received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Cash refunds are not available for returns made at retail locations. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions online.
Expedited and regular Shipping fee are not refundable. Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of Liljenquist & Beckstead. We only refund up to the price of “standard ground” shipping.
